Engine is 180 h.p. Suzuki GSXR 1300 Hayabusa. They are used 2003-2007. The engines have a six speed manual transmission.
The main chassis is 100% jig welded using 1.25 x .083 4130 Chromoly tubing. Replacement parts will bolt right on.
Front arms are 4130 Chromoly. All tubing that is not 1-1/4" is 4130 chromoly - .065 wall.
Seats are extra wide seats for comfort and are available in many color choices.
Steering R & P is a full size center loaded unit rated for 4 seaters .
Steering Wheel & Quick release are from Gary Schroeder Enterprises
KSC Rear Drive Unit uses race prepped Porsche 930 CVs, Sway-a-way Axles, Micro Stubs, Sprocket Specialists 7075 Alloy Rear Sprocket, Wilwood rear brake caliper & KSC hubs. 3-Link rear suspension is Light, Strong & Simple.
Shift & Throttle cables are from Control Cable
Rear drive chain is X-ring, sealed from sand, for 1400cc and from DID Chain
Gauges are classic VDO
Tires & Wheels are Douglas or Centerline (sand or dirt) Extreme Sand Squirts & Apex fronts or Yokohama Dirt Diggers & M/T Baja Pros.
Top quality FK rod ends are used through-out. 4130 & Heat treated Teflon Lined rod ends are used on high stress suspension components.
Tie rod bracket, Steering bracket, engine plates, Fuel tank, and all tabs and brackets are lazer cut to our specs & are proprietary to King Sand Cars.
PWR Radiators are used for superior cooling.
